Previous studies have found that D87G mutation in GyrA, together withMexEF-OprN hyper-expression caused by F7S mutation in MexS, was responsible forthe increased resistance to ciprofloxacin in the isolate CRP42.On this basis, we want to further explore the mechanism of quinolone resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa through parallel evolution in the laboratory.
