Raw data (as .tiff files) for gel images in the manuscript Nelson et al Metabolism of Free Guanidine in Bacteria is Regulated by a Widespread Riboswitch Class. Gel images are identical to those published in the manuscript, without any increase in contrast applied. For publication, the contrast was increased to the whole of each image in a uniform fashion to better visualize faint bands using the program ImageQuant (GE Healthscience).
