miRNA expression data

MicroRNA raw read counts resulted from RNA sequencing (Ion Torrent S5 XL platform) of PBMCs samples collected from 40 patients with lower extremity artery disease (LEAD), 28 patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) and 34 patients with chronic venous disease (CVD).<br>This dataset is was generated for the paper: <b>miRNA Regulatory Networks Associated with Peripheral Vascular Diseases </b>by<b> </b>Daniel P.
