The dataset includes the Link Speed Data and Link Volume data, and the data were collected from loop detectors located along the freeway section (I-5, I-90, I-405 and SR 520) in Seattle area, and are retrieved via the Strategic Highway Research Program 2 (SHRP 2 program).
