File of microdata of the census of premises and activities of the City of Madrid, classified according to their type of access (street door or grouped), situation (open, closed...) and indication of the economic activity carried out and of the hotel and catering terraces that are registered in this census. The information (relating to the headings associated with the premises) is for statistical purposes only. In the catalogue of this portal is also published the data set Epigraphs of economic activity. The information on the urban licenses granted to the premises is obtained through the consultation of licenses granted on the municipal website (Consultation of licenses granted since 2005). This dataset provides existing information from March 31, 2014 to December 31, 2014, in quarterly updates. As of that date, the information is provided in monthly updates. The data history of hotel and catering terraces starts with data from September 2016 and does not have previous information. With regard to the hotel and catering terraces, due to the change that was made in the management computer system, it begins to be complete as of February 2017. Important: the information relating to this data set comes from an administrative register, without statistical processing, so it may contain some inconsistency. NOTICE: As of October 2022, this information is made available in the following formats: CSV, JSON and XML&. NOTICE: In the files generated as of June 15, 2017, although sections 47 and 49 to 65 of the district &quo;18.Villa de Vallecas ” they are assigned to the &dquo;Barrio 181 ” these are part of the new neighborhood 183.Ensanche de Vallecas. Work is under way to correct this error.
