VPRS 2408 Insolvency Court Register Of Trustees

The Register of Trustees maintained under Section 17 of Insolvency Act 1897 (Section 74 Insolvency Act 1915) registered those persons who had applied to be registered as qualified to be appointed to the office of trustee under the Insolvency Acts. Included in this register were all persons who had been approved since the passing of the Insolvency Act 1897 with details being entered under the headings of Court (of application); Trustees name; Address; Date of Application; Date of Order for Registration; Date of Registration; Date of Order for Cancellation and Date of Cancellation. This was a record whose details were applicable throughout the State.

依据1897年《破产法》第17条（1915年《破产法》第74条）设立并维护的受托人登记册，收录了依据各类破产法申请登记为具备受托职务任职资格的人员。自1897年《破产法》施行以来获得批准的所有人员均被纳入该登记册，登记信息按照以下栏目填报：申请法院、受托人姓名、地址、申请日期、登记命令日期、登记日期、撤销命令日期以及撤销日期。该登记记录的信息适用于整个管辖区域。
