Analysis of Whole Chloroplast Genome Sequence of Camellia osmantha

(1) Analysis of chloroplast whole genome sequence structure and variation characteristics of Camellia osmantha. The chloroplast whole-genome sequence was determined, and the whole-genome sequence of chloroplast was mapped to analyse the protein-coding genes, tRNA and rRNA, as well as repetitive sequences and simple repetitive sequences in the whole-genome sequence of chloroplast. (2) Analysis of the genetic evolutionary relationships between Camellia osmantha and other Camellia species. A phylogenetic tree was constructed using the differential sequence regions of each species to analyse the genetic evolutionary relationships between Camellia sinensis and other Camellia species.
