CHIMERA-Agent Training Data This archive contains the training release for the CHIMERA-Agent challenge. For full challenge details, visit: https://chimera-agent.grand-challenge.org/ Dataset structure The archive is organized into three task folders. Each task contains one folder per patient. Task 1 files: prostate-biopsy-decision-clinical-data.json structured-prompt.json prostate-modality-level-neural-representations.json prostate-biopsy-decision.json prostate-biopsy-decision-reasoning.json Task 2 files: prostate-treatment-decision-clinical-data.json structured-prompt.json prostate-modality-level-neural-representations.json prostate-treatment-decision.json prostate-treatment-decision-reasoning.json Task 3 files: prostate-time-to-recurrence-or-last-follow-up-clinical-data.json structured-prompt.json prostate-modality-level-neural-representations.json prostate-time-to-recurrence-or-last-follow-up.json Ground-truth labels and reference reasoning are currently available for 91 Task 1 cases and 72 Task 2 cases. Task 3 includes ground-truth labels for 75 cases and no reference reasoning. In this version, Task 1 and Task 2 reference-reasoning files include a reveal_sequence field indicating which clinical-data sections were accessed during the decision. For Task 2, reveal_sequence information is currently unavailable, so the field is represented as an empty list ([]). For details, visit: https://chimera-agent.grand-challenge.org/data-sources-and-imaging/ Structured prompt updates (Version 3) Task 1: Biopsy- and pathology-derived fields (bx, bx_isup, bx_gl_prim, bx_gl_sec, bx_gl_tert, bx_isup_pred, cores_positive, cores_total, max_core_pct, growth_pattern, high_risk_patterns, pni, lvi, and tumor_location) were removed from structured-prompt.json to avoid data leakage into the biopsy-decision task. Task 1 and Task 2: The id field was removed from structured-prompt.json, as it enabled linking the same patient across the two tasks. ⚠️ Important: The updated structured-prompt.json schema introduced in Version 3 will also be used for the validation and test input files. Modality-level Neural representation format Each prostate-modality-level-neural-representations.json file follows this structure: {"MRI image": [[...]],"Biopsy slide": [[...], [...], [...]],"Prostatectomy slide": [[...], [...], [...]]} Missing modalities are represented as [].
