CDC OneHealthAR-Seq

CDC's Division of Healthcare Quality Promotion (DHQP)-hosted Umbrella for antimicrobial resistant pathogen (infection or colonization) sequence data (genome, plasmid, amplicon, shotgun, long-read) associated with One Health-related activities. One Health approaches recognize that the health of people is closely connected to the health of animals and our shared environment; therefore, data in this Umbrella represents samples taken from a variety of sources. Data can be generated by CDC, healthcare facilities, academic institutions, and other public health laboratories. Uploaded data can include any data format, including raw reads and/or assemblies. DHQP has guidance available for posting metadata, which can be provided upon request. In general, submitters should not post any metadata that compromises confidentiality. Questions?
