cBioPortal Content Chroma Databases for LangChain LLM Chatbot Applications

Contains vector databases for cBioPortal documentation, Google Groups, and study articles; data collected around July 2024. Needs .env with following keys with FIXME edited. API keys are needed to embed an example user query in "chroma_vectorstore_example.py" to retrieve related documents.
