This archive contains processed input files, harmonized intermediate tables, and source tables supporting the analyses in the manuscript: “Layered synaptic and developmental-regulatory signatures of ASD risk-gene programs in human cortical transcriptomes”. The archive is intended to support reproducibility of the associated integrative transcriptomic study of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) risk-gene programs across human cortical development, fetal developmental-state references, adult bulk cortical transcriptomes, and adult single-cell/single-nucleus cortical datasets. The package includes processed files for program definitions, BrainSpan developmental prioritization, adult bulk cortical program scoring, adult single-cell/single-nucleus localization, fetal developmental-state localization, deconvolution and composition-aware modeling, SynGO/Reactome/TFT enrichment analyses, matched-random specificity analyses, and robustness/sensitivity analyses. Raw public datasets are not redistributed in this archive and should be obtained from their original repositories. The associated analysis code is available at: https://github.com/aojielian/ASD_cortex File checksums and package contents are provided in the included manifest files.
