Herbert Art Gallery and Museum Collections

The Herbert Art Gallery and Museum is the final depository of archaeological archives surveyed/excavated in the City of Coventry and for Coventry City Council owned land outside the city boundary. The museum's role is to collect, safeguard and make accessible finds, documentary (paper) and digital archives generated through archaeological survey. Documentary archives and some finds are stored at Herbert Art Gallery & Museum, Jordan Well, Coventry, CV1 5QP.
