PhenoSAM-Rice Paddy Rice Extraction Results for Can Tho, Hainan, and East Arkansas

This dataset contains the final paddy rice extraction results generated using PhenoSAM-Rice for Can Tho, Vietnam (2019), Hainan, China (2024), and East Arkansas, USA (2024). It includes three single-band GeoTIFF files, one for each study area. All rasters use EPSG:4326 and are encoded as UInt8, with 1 representing paddy rice and 0 representing background/NoData. PhenoSAM-Rice integrates pixel-level phenology-adaptive Sentinel-1/2 features with Segment Anything Model (SAM)-derived field objects for paddy rice extraction. Only the final extraction masks are included.
