This repository contains PACKEDPED genotype files generated in the study "Allelic bias when performing in-solution enrichment of ancient human DNA" Davidson et al. 2023.Disclaimer:All data was generated using the Daicel Arbor Biosciences Human Affinities Prime Plus (1.2 million SNPs) enrichment kit. The resulting data contains strong assay biases and we strongly recommend against using this data for any population genomics analysis. The data are provided for the purposes of replication only##Nomenclature.PP.2rnd = 2 rounds of enrichment with Prime Plus (this is the standard protocol).PP.1rndA or .PP1rndB = experiments with protocol variations and 1 round of Prime Plus enrichment (see manuscript for details)
