This project investigates the transcriptomic changes in Dental Pulp Stem Cells (DPSCs) following their direct co-culture with Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells (HUVECs). DPSCs are mesenchymal stem cells derived from dental pulp tissue with remarkable multipotent differentiation capabilities and regenerative potential. The direct co-culture system with HUVECs provides a unique in vitro model to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying the cross-talk between these cell types. The study explores how this interaction influences key biological processes including angiogenesis, cell differentiation, and tissue regeneration pathways.
