Conjoined parasitic twins in a free ranging Northern bat (Eptesicus nilssonii) from Norway: a micro-CT anatomic and genetic survey

Reports of complete or parasitic conjoined twinning in wild animals are very scarce, even more when it comes to nocturnal small mammals like bats. We describe the detailed anatomical and genetic situation of a still born end term parasitic cephalo-thoracopagus a in wild ranging Northern Bat (Eptesicus nilssonii).
