资源简介:
The experimental raw data used to generate figures presented in the article "Three wave mixing vacuum squeezing generation in a SNAIL-based Traveling-Wave Parametric Amplifier with alternated flux polarity" are available as follows: Fig. 2 (b)_idler gen.npz: This is a .npz file containing experimental raw data of power spectral density measured in dBm with a spectrum analyzer at room temperature as a function of flux (raw data used for Fig. 2 (b)). Fig. 3 (a,b).npz: This is a .npz file containing experimental raw data for gain as a function of pump phase for two flux points (raw data used for Fig. 3 (a, b)).  Fig. 3 (c-h): This is a folder in zip format containing raw quadrature data in Full Scale (FS) presto units used for Fig 3 (c, d, e and g). The folder contains the following files: Phi1_(0,360,5)_off_list.npz: This file contains pump OFF-quadrature data for flux Phi1 as a function of the pump phase over the range 0°–360°, with a step size of 5°. For each phase value, we acquire 3 X 10^6  (X_{FS}, P_{FS}) quadrature pairs (raw pump OFF data used for Fig. 3 (c)); Phi1_on_list.npz: This file contains pump ON raw quadrature data for flux Phi1 (raw pump ON data used for Fig. 3 (c)); Phi1_hs.npz: This file contains both pump OFF and pump ON quadrature data for high-statistics experiments reported in Fig. 3(e); we acquire 8 X 10^6 (X_{FS}, P_{FS}) quadrature pairs. Phi2_off_(0,360,10)_list.npz: This file contains pump OFF-quadrature data for flux Phi2 as a function of the pump phase over the range 0°–360°, with a step size of 10°. For each phase value, we acquire 1 X 10^6  (X_{FS}, P_{FS}) quadrature pairs (raw pump OFF data used for Fig. 3 (d)); Phi2_on_list.npz: This file contains pump ON raw quadrature data for flux Phi2 (raw pump ON data used for Fig. 3 (d)); Phi2_hs.npz: This file contains both pump OFF and pump ON quadrature data for high-statistics experiment reported in Fig. 3(g); We acquire 8 X 10^6 (X_{FS}, P_{FS}) quadrature pairs. Fig. 4 (a,b): This is a .npz file containing raw gain data vs. pump power for two flux bias points; pump power ranges from −50 to −10 dBm in 1 dBm steps (raw data used for Fig. 4(a,b)). Fig. 4 (c): This is a folder in zip format containing raw quadrature data in Full Scale (FS) Presto units as a function of pump power. Each .npz file includes both pump OFF and pump ON raw quadrature data at the signal and idler frequencies. The pump power array spans −50 to −10 dBm, with variable step sizes: 5 dBm (−50 to −30), 0.5 dBm (−29 to −13.5), and 1 dBm (−13 to −10), with a pump frequency of 7.705 GHz and a frequency detuning of 31 MHz from half of the pump frequency. For each power value, we acquire 1 X 10^6 (X_{FS}, P_{FS}) quadrature pairs at both signal and idler frequencies (raw data used for Fig. 4 (c)). Fig. 4 (d): This is a folder in zip format containing raw quadrature data in Full Scale (FS) Presto units as a function of pump power. Each .npz file includes both pump OFF and ON raw quadrature data at the signal and idler frequencies. The pump power array spans −50 to −11 dBm with different spacing: 5 dBm steps from −50 to −35 dBm, followed by 1 dBm steps from -29 to -28 and -22 to -21 dBm, other than that 0.5 dBm step from −27.5 to −15 dBm range and 1 dBm steps from −14 to −11 dBm with a pump frequency of 7.705 GHz and a frequency detuning of 61 MHz from half of the pump frequency. For each power value, we acquire 1 X 10^6 (X_{FS}, P_{FS}) quadrature pairs at both signal and idler frequencies (raw data used for Fig. 4 (d)). Fig. 5: This .npz file contains high-statistics quadrature data at the signal and idler frequencies for both pump-OFF and pump-ON, with a pump frequency of 7.705 GHz and a frequency detuning of 31 MHz from half of the pump frequency. We acquire 8 X 10^6 (X_{FS}, P_{FS}) quadrature pairs at both signal and idler frequencies (raw data used for Fig. 5 (a)). APPENDIX D: This is a folder in zip format that contains .npz files for the noise power spectral density measured in dBm with a spectrum analyzer as a function of SNTJ bias voltage at the frequencies mentioned in the article: f_p/2 (half_pump.npz), f_p/2+31 MHz (Phi1_idler.npz), f_p/2-31 MHz (Phi1_signal.npz), f_p/2+61 MHz (Phi2_idler.npz), f_p/2-61 MHz (Phi2_signal.npz), and f_p+31 MHz (4WM_idler.npz), where f_p = 7.705 GHz.
