Rumen samples were collected and incubated +/- Bio-Mos prebiotic for 48 hrs. Samples were then incubated with fluroescently labelled yeast mannan (from Saccharomyces cerevisiae cell wall) and sorted using FACS. Unsorted and sorted samples were 16S sequenced by Illumina MiSeq PE250.
