资源简介:
Tomato yellow leaf curl disease (TYLCVD), one of the most serious diseases affecting tomato growth and development, is caused by tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV), while nitric oxide mediates plant resistance to the disease. The objective of this study was to investigate the molecular mechanism of exogenous NO (SNP: 0.15 mmol -L-1)-mediated disease resistance in tomato seedlings. Tomato seedlings were treated with SNP and TYLCV and transcriptome analysis was performed on tomato leaves 20 d after inoculation. CK was the negative control (distilled water), TYLCV was the positive control (inoculation with TYLCV, distilled water), and TYLCV_NO was the treatment group (inoculation with TYLCV, SNP) .
