Characterization of Prokaryotic and Eukaryotic Biodiversity from Soil Samples

Within Biodiversity Genomics Europe (BGE), under the Metabarcoding for Biomonitoring Task 6.2, we have developed a standard operating procedure (SOP) for the DNA extraction and Illumina amplicon library preparation of soil core samples for the characterization of Prokaryotic and Eukaryotic biodiversity from soil samples.
