Simulated annual reported spatial fish abundance and biomass

Simulated spatial distribution of the abundance and biomass of simulated populations of eight Gulf reef fish species. The model was run for twenty years, with populations reported at the middle (yearday 180) of each year. This dataset is one of a suite of eight for which statistical methods and machine learning algorithms were used to simulate various measures of fish population health, including abundance surveys, mortality estimates, and fisheries catch and effort reports.
