Effect of Lcn2 on gene expression during osteoclast differentiation of RAW 264.7 cells in the presence of Cpn60 treatment

To investigate the clear relation between chaperonin 60 kDa and Lcn2 in the inhibition of osteoclast differentiation, we performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for RAW 264.7 cells in the presence of Cpn60 treatment.
