This study employs two distinct approaches: first, we conduct a content analysis of Facebook posts from candidates during the legislative elections, focusing on the general and gendered distribution of their messages. Second, we carry out an online survey experiment to assess voter reactions to personalized Facebook posts from candidates of different genders.
