R scripts and data for the article: "When nocturnally migrating birds encounter low-level light pollution patches: a case study from the Croatian coast"

This zipped file contains the datasets and R scripts used in the publication When Nocturnally Migrating Birds Encounter Low-Level Light Pollution Patches: A Case Study from the Croatian Coast. To run the scripts, open the "hr_lipo.Rproj" file. '00a_setup.R', '00b_functions.R' and '00c_supp_data.Rmd' are not required for the analysis itself and are loaded automatically as part of the other scripts. The Rmd files '01_data_import.Rmd' to '05_lipomod.Rmd' run the different parts of the analysis underlying the published article. They work independently from each other. Within each Rmd file, there is a description of what the file does. All variables and data frames are described in '01_data_import.Rmd'. To generate the figures, run the code in the bottom chunk within each Rmd file. This will create a folder named after the script within the 'output' directory and store the figures in that folder.
