No 1496 of 31 July 2012 and Decree No 1638 of 17/9/2013.部分受维琴察省景观规制影响的水道，已依据2004年第42号立法法令（Legislative Decree No 42/2004）第142条第1款第(c)项列入公共水体名录；该名录已通过2012年7月31日第1496号法令及2013年9月17日第1638号法令对该法令作出的consequential amendments完成更新。
