Replication Data for: Congolese IT graduates employability data

This dataset contains data collected from IT graduates from the Democratic Republic of Congo. The author conducted diagnostic and predictive studies to respectively identify contextual factors that predict employability and build a deep stacking model to predict employability of such graduates. A word file is attached to this dataset that explains all the columns (attributes) of the dataset
