Dysregulation of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway via Rnf146 upregulation in a VPA-induced mouse model of autism spectrum disorder

To investigate the function of RNF146 on gene expression and signaling pathways, we overexpressed RNF146 in mouse prefrontal cortex (PFC) using AAV and performed RNA-seq analysis. We found that genes in Wnt signaling pathway are differentially expressed in RNF146 expressed PFC compared to control. 4 RNF146-expressed PFC samples were compared with 4 eGFP-expressed control samples.
