Bacterial and Diazotrophic Diversities of Endophytes in Dendrobium officinale Determined by Metagenomics: raw sequence reads

The purpose of this study is to assess the diversity of bacterial and diazotrophic endophytes in D. officinale based on metagenome targeting of 16S rRNA and nifH genes. This results of this study may also be beneficial for the study of the functions and interactions of bacteria with their hosts.
