Reproducibility package for "Auditable interconnector analytics for dispatch mechanisms and regional recovery"

This package supports the manuscript “Auditable interconnector analytics for dispatch mechanisms and regional recovery.” It contains Python simulation and calculation codes, available industrial inputs, selected Basslink casefiles, saved dispatch results, restriction diagnostics, historical expenditure calculations, bootstrap draws, conditional financial scenarios, plotting scripts, licences and verification records. It includes 427 completed historical reconstructions, 72 merchant-scenario solves and 48 diagnostic solves. Documentation distinguishes completed calculations from unfinished work, retained-envelope P* from independently established physical capability P, and historical benchmarks from attributable conversion benefits.
