Gut microbiota and gut mycobiota of patients affected by ulcerative colitis (UC) and primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) Raw sequence reads

In this project, we analysed the faecal microbiota of paediatric patients with PSC and concomitant ulcerative colitis (PSC-UC) and patients with UC and no PSC (UC). Faecal microbiota was determined by sequencing 16S rRNA and ITS2 loci, respectively, for bacterial and fungal profiling.
