In this study, microalgae (Desmodesmus sp.YT) was cultured by seawater and fresh water , and it was found that the growth status of the two has changed significantly. Then the content of its cell metabolites was determined, and it was found that the content of each biomass had also changed,like protein,carbonhydrate. Therefore, we selected samples in the logarithmic growth phase to perform comparative transcriptome analysis to explore the mechanism of biomass changes
