We measured changes in gene expression using human non-transformed breast epithelial cell lines with ARID1A knockdown. HMEC-pLKO.1, HMEC-sh-ARID1A, MCF10A-pLKO.1, and MCF10A-sh-ARID1A cells in 6cm plates were subjected. Total RNA were amplified, labeled and purified using GeneChip 3’IVT Express Kit (Cat#901229, Affymetrix, Santa Clara, CA, US) and subjected to analysis by microarray using the Affymetrix Human U133plus2.0 chip.
