Regional Public Prosecutor’s Offices

The four regional prosecutors are geographically identical to the four regional courts of first instance: Bernese Jura Seeland (headquarters in Biel and branch office in Moutier), Bern-Mittelland (seat in Bern), Emmental-Oberaargau (seat in Burgdorf) and Oberland (seat in Thun).
