Differentially expressed genes in mutants of haploid induction

This data is derived from mRNA-seq for pollen samples of wild type LH244 and mutants zmpld3 and mtl/zmpla1/nld and zmdmp and zmpld3-mtl and zmpld3-zmdmp with two biologically independent replicates, respectively. Mutation of ZmPLD3 triggers maternal haploid induction which is associated with the male gametophyte of maize (pollen), thus pollen was sampled for this study. Each of five mutants is compared to wild type to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) involved in haploid induction.
