Digital Competence Survey of Ukrainian Higher Education Institution Teachers, 2025

This dataset contains de-identified survey responses from 100 academic staff members of Ukrainian higher education institutions, collected between June and December 2025 during full-scale armed conflict. The survey assessed digital competence levels, barriers to digital transformation, and professional development needs within the DigCompEdu framework.
