Data Sharing Package for Autologous Free Dermal Graft Support in Superior Pedicle Vertical Scar Reduction Mammaplasty

This record contains the data sharing preparation package for a prospective observational comparative cohort study evaluating autologous free dermal graft support in superior pedicle vertical scar reduction mammaplasty. The package includes the study protocol, statistical analysis plan, blank informed consent form, data dictionary template, de-identified dataset template, README files, and a data sharing and de-identification plan. No real participant-level data, identifiable information, signed consent forms, hospital identifiers, exact dates, or medical photographs are included in this version. The future de-identified participant-level dataset is planned to include demographic variables, surgical group, perioperative variables, anthropometric breast measurements, patient-reported outcome scores, and blinded photographic assessment scores. Medical photographs will not be deposited in this repository. The final de-identified dataset may be shared after publication of the main study results, subject to ethical requirements, institutional approval, and appropriate data use conditions.
