Composite raw sewage sampled over 24h in two wastewater-treatment plants (WWTPs) from a city in western France were collected weekly between October 2020 and May 2021, submitted to whole-genome amplification using the ARTIC-400 V3 primers and a protocol adapted from the one published by the ARTIC Network, and sequenced using a MinION Mk1C sequencer (Oxford Nanopore Technologies).
