Patients with ER positive breast cancer were randomised to neoadjuvant anastrozole or fulvestrant therapy in the HORGEN phase II clinical trial. Low depth NGS was performed on 20 tumours to create copy number profiles before and after treatment. The profiles show evidence of tumour heterogeneity consistent with clonal selection after treatment.
