SUP AR3 — Servitudes around powder stores in Meurthe-et-Moselle (Generator)

Class AR3 easements relate to easements around stores and establishments used for the preservation, handling or manufacture of powders, ammunition, fireworks or explosives. This resource describes the surface generators of Grade AR3 easements, namely the right-of-way of the stores and establishments concerned. See Articles L. 5111-1 to L. 5111-7 of the Defence Code The generator of a public easement is a geographical entity whose nature or function induced, by virtue of regulations, constraints on the way the land is occupied on the surrounding land. The disappearance or destruction on the site of the generator does not result in the removal of the easement(s) associated with it.
