MDSINE2 - semisynthetic experiment dataset

MDSINE2 semisynthetic dataset input files. (The inference outputs were very large nearing ~300GB, and thus analysis should be re-run from scratch.) For the full project/source pipeline, refer to https://github.com/gerberlab/MDSINE2_Paper. The archive here was created using the command `tar --zstd -cvf`.
