A territorial public establishment (EPT) is an administrative structure with the status of a public institution of intercommunal cooperation created in 2016 as part of the creation of the metropolis of Greater Paris (MGP) within the three departments of the small crown and (for 7 municipalities) in two neighbouring departments.领地公共机构（territorial public establishment, EPT）是一类具备跨市镇合作公共机构法定地位的行政架构，于2016年作为大巴黎都会区（metropolis of Greater Paris, MGP）创建工作的组成部分设立，其覆盖范围包含小环城所辖的3个省份，另有7个市镇分布于两个相邻省份境内。
