AM Colonization Across Ecosystem types

This dataset and associated scripts accompany the submitted manuscript “Extent and Flexibility of Community-Level Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Colonization Vary with Ecosystem Type and Time”.<br>The archive includes raw and processed plant community composition tables, species-level mycorrhizal colonization data, trait information (shade tolerance, root diameter), and metadata collected from surveys of European and North-American ecosystems.<br>Supplementary R scripts for data preparation, community analysis, trait association tests, and figure creation are provided to enable full reproducibility of the main analyses and figures presented in the manuscript.<br>The sources of the raw data are referenced in the manuscript.<br>All data are provided in accessible formats with detailed README and column descriptions.<br>
