Salinization MASS Model Version

This salinization simulation enables irrigation salinity, capillary rise, rainfall, leaching, salt mitigation strategies via fallowing, and other functions that are addressed in a coupled social-environment model applied to southern Mesopotamia. The simulation is applied to the Modeling Ancient Settlement Systems Project supported by the University of Chicago, Durham University, and Argonne National Laboratory. The simulation can be used for other regions.本盐渍化模拟模型可实现灌溉盐度模拟、毛管上升作用模拟、降雨影响模拟、淋溶作用模拟以及休耕盐害缓解策略模拟等功能，相关功能均被整合至面向美索不达米亚南部的耦合社会-环境模型（coupled social-environment model）之中。该模拟模型已被应用于由芝加哥大学、杜伦大学与阿贡国家实验室联合资助的古代定居系统建模项目（Modeling Ancient Settlement Systems Project）。本模拟模型亦可推广应用至其他研究区域。
