This dataset contains multi-source borehole records used in the study “A hybrid GPR–Transformer framework for uncertainty-aware stratigraphic profiling driven by multi-source geotechnical databases.” The data include depth-wise measurements of key geotechnical indices (natural water content w, liquid limit LL, plastic limit PL, and initial void ratio e₀) from 34 borehole sites in the Pearl River Delta region. The dataset supports training, validation, and cross-regional benchmark experiments for stratigraphic sequence modeling. It can be used for geostatistical analysis, depth-wise soil inference, and machine learning model development in subsurface engineering applications. All data are anonymized and provided exclusively for research and non-commercial use.本数据集包含论文《基于多源岩土数据库驱动的不确定性感知地层剖面分析混合探地雷达（Ground Penetrating Radar，GPR）-Transformer框架》中所使用的多源钻孔记录。数据源自珠江三角洲地区34个钻孔点位，包含各点位沿深度方向的关键岩土指标实测值，具体包括天然含水率w、液限LL、塑限PL及初始孔隙比e₀。 本数据集可支撑地层序列建模相关的训练、验证及跨区域基准测试实验，可应用于地下工程领域中的地质统计学分析、沿深度方向土体推断以及机器学习模型开发等场景。 所有数据均已完成匿名化处理，仅可用于学术研究与非商业用途。
