The structures of blaNDM plasmids from carbapenem-resistant Enterobacterales isolates in Singapore 2010-2015 were resolved using hybrid assembly of Illumina short-read and Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) long-read data. Network analysis revealed plasmid dissemination across multiple species and sequence types, and diversification was observed at multiple levels the blaNDM genetic context, global plasmid structure and plasmid-strain association levels, with dominant structures at each level.
