ISSUES OF IMPROVING THE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

This article examines the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of improving the enterprise management system. The purpose of the research is to identify ways to enhance the efficiency of the enterprise management system in the context of a modern market economy and to develop relevant recommendations. The paper highlights the concept of management, management functions, organizational structure, and the essence of the systems approach. In addition, the process of managerial decision-making and the importance of modeling methods are analyzed. The specific features of American, Japanese, and Western European management models are studied, and their effective aspects are summarized. Internal and external factors influencing enterprise performance are comprehensively assessed, and practical proposals are developed for optimizing the management system, improving strategic planning, implementing digital technologies, and enhancing human resource capacity. The research findings substantiate the necessity of forming an effective, flexible, and competitive management system in enterprises.
