Anxiety, Diagnosed

This concept set include codes related to phobic anxiety disorders, other anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, reaction to severe stress, and adjustment disorders, dissociative and conversion disorders, somatoform disorders, and other nonpsychotic mental disorders. This concept set was developed for a feasibility request. The requestor provided category-level ICD codes (F40-F48). Then, based on the category-level codes, the codeset was prepared to be fairly broad including any type of anxiety diagnosis. The concept_relationship table was used to map the ICD to SNOMED to query our PEDSnet CDM for this request. No limitations were placed while mapping on this codeset. Please note, this codeset should be validated prior to study-related activity.
