ClinicalOmicsDB is a web application designed to explore molecular associations of oncology drug responses using transcriptomic data from 40 clinical trial studies. It includes data from 5913 patients across 11 cancer types, organized to facilitate navigation and analysis of treatment responses, gene interactions, and pathway activities. The database is accessible via a user-friendly web interface and offers programmatic access through APIs and an R package.
