ASS1 Variant Calling

Multiplexed sequencing of yeast yASS1 expression cassette. yASS1 encodes the human ASS protein, using a codon-optimized derivative of the human ASS1 cDNA sequence. Derivatives of yASS1 were introduced into haploid yeast strains so that each encoded a version of human ASS with one amino acid changed.
