This archive contains the following files: a) Data_DGRP.csv, containing viral load data for single and coinfections of DCV and CrPV across DGRP genotypes. b) Data_DGRP_Deltas.csv, containing data on changes in viral load during coinfection for DCV and CrPV across DGRP genotypes. c) Data_Drosophilidae.csv, containing viral load data for single and coinfections of DCV and CrPV across Drosophilidae species. d) Data_Drosophilidae_Deltas.csv, containing data on changes in viral load during coinfection for DCV and CrPV across Drosophilidae species. e) Models.R, an R script containing all statistical models and interpretation used in this study. f) Tree_Drosophilidae.nwk, phylogeny of Drosophilidae host species.
